Over the past year as our church has grown we’ve realised we need to make more room for those who are yet to know Jesus. We need to go BEYOND THESE WALLS.
So here is THE DREAM.

KIDS CHURCH
The faith of the next generation is one of our top priorities. So we want to do everything we can to make our kids environments safe and irresistible for all families who join us on a Sunday.
Currently parents of Pre-Primary children have to walk outside and through a courtyard to get to their kids' room.
We plan to rework an old, mostly unused kitchenette area to build a new and inclusive Pre-Primary room for Sundays.

BATHROOMS
If you've been around for long enough you've experienced first hand the smelly state of our bathrooms. The plumbing system is just not able to keep up with the demand on Sundays, due to the number of people attending per week.
Along with this, according to building code we need more toilets, AND we need a designated paraplegic bathroom.
The dream is to extend the bathroom block out into the courtyard, making room for more toilets.

AUDITORIUM
Grace Riverside has experienced an above average growth curve over the last year. Seeing 13% growth month on month.
You've felt the squeeze, as we've done our best to fit in more chairs. However, this is not sustainable as we head towards the busy end of year church season and trust that God will continue to fill His church with people who are coming to know Jesus.
The plan is to extend the auditorium back to fit in 150 more chairs and move our seating capacity to a comfortable 510 seats.

Weekly Updates
Phase 1 of our building project is COMPLETE!
Last Sunday our Grace kids entered the doors of kids church to a beautiful new space. Their kids rooms are complete and they were so excited. With the addition of a Pre-Primary room and a beautiful new mural in our Primary room, our prayer is that families would feel welcomed while knowing their kids are safe in these environments.
The next phase is in the pipeline, as we wait on approval of the plans and quotes from builders.
