Technical Coordinator

Role: We are seeking a Christ-follower, gifted in the technical arts, with a servant heart, significant leadership skill, and a passion for excellence in church technology to join our technical team.
Working Hours: Full-day (Sunday and four other week days.) Part-Time optional.
Job Overview: While there is an emphasis on audio, this position covers a wide range of technical disciplines including audio mixing, lighting design/programming, video/camera work, AV systems management, set design/construction, volunteer development and gear maintenance.
It includes the operation of sophisticated audio/video/lighting equipment in several venues, across a multitude of ministries, and occasionally at several campuses. The applicant needs to be a self-starter, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and have the ability to work well in a team, as well as develop people around him/her.

Qualifications/Skills needed include:
- At least 3 years experience mixing bands at FOH.
- Good understanding of gain structure, EQ and dynamics processing.
- The ability to work well under pressure, in teams, and complete time-sensitive tasks.
- Above-average proficiency on Mac and/or PC Platforms.
- Gifted in problem solving/troubleshooting.
- Have reliable, independent transport.
- Proficiency on digital mixing surfaces is a plus
- Musical experience is a plus
- Experience with Pro Tools and/or Logic is a plus
- Lighting design/programming experience is a plus
